Thank you for shopping with VENXO. We strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 Business Days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available)

  • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery (where applicable)

The available shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Rs 49

  • Express Shipping: Rs 99

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs 799 (if applicable)

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link (where available)

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at business.by.raja@gmail.com We will attempt to update your information if your order has not yet been shipped.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address:

  • The courier may attempt delivery again.

  • Your package may be held at a local courier facility for collection.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, where applicable.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 Days of the expected delivery date or receiving the package.

  • Please provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

10. International Shipping

Option A (If you ship internationally):

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • International shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

Please note that customs clearance may affect delivery times.

At this time, VENXO ships only within India. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
